My Salvation

The Lord of love has not turned away;
He always hears each prayer that I say.
Although He has allowed me to know grief,
When I turn to Him He grants me relief.

Forever is His love, endless His mercy;
He has shown great compassion to me.
By His great sacrifice He freed me from sin;
Not to death and grave, but to a life in Him.

Each day when I rise forgiven and new;
I know He is there to help me through.
No matter what I have to face this day;
My Lord promises to show me the way.

Are there still day when I am weak?
Yes. But that is when my Lord I seek.
He is the Lord of my life. My all in all.
He is my salvation and I will answer His call.
