Praise Now My Lord

Praise the Lord, for He is just and good.

Give Him the thanks you know you should.

Proclaim the mighty act known to your sight;

Blessed be the voice of truth that speaks right.


Remember me Lord, when you favor this land;

Let me be a servant and follow your command.

May I see your blessings and sing your praise;

And may I know your love and follow your ways.


I’ve sinned and acted a fool, rebelling against you;

I have no excuse; I plea for mercy simple and true.

The only miracle I have is the hope that I find in you;

You are my amazing grace, my comfort my salvation true.


It was you that came into a sin filled world for me.

It was you that came and fulfilled the law for me.

It was you that came and suffered and died for me.

It was you that came and rose from the dead for me.

It was you that came and gave life a purpose for me.

It is I that give you praise now my Lord.
