I Will Win

My trust oh Lord, I place in you.
I trust in you for your love is true.
There is but one King on the throne,
And my hope is found in Him alone.

My Lord, I will never be put to shame,
For I follow you bearing your holy name.
There are wicked men who try to sway,
But it is with you my Lord I will stay.

Lord, my hope is in you all day long;
By your hand alone can I stand strong.
Teach your path, show me your way,
Guide me in truth, Lord help me today.

To me you granted your mercy long ago,
Help me to remember your love to show.
Do not hold against me my rebellious ways,
But fill me with love for the rest of my days.

To me Lord, you are always faithful and true,
Now humbly I come Lord to say I love you.
Cleanse my heart Lord, free me from my sin,
That in you my King the victory I will win.
