Relation

Great the love the Father has lavished on us,
That we should be called children of God!
The world is blind and does not know Him,
So the world finds us strange and odd.

Yes we now have been made children of God;
We do not yet fully understand it all.
But we do know upon our Lord’s return,
We will see Him as He is and answer His call.

All of us that rely on His glorious return,
Strive to live as He did, clean and pure.
But we still sin breaking His holy laws;
Yet out of His love He sent us a Savior.

He, who was holy and pure, came for us;
He, who had no sin, was our sacrifice.
Those who live in Him no longer keeps sinning;
We now live for the One who paid the price.

Those who are now born of our Lord,
Will not continue in their sinful ways.
He, who does what is of love, is of Christ;
And is seen as God’s seed, the rest of his days.
